Returns & Refund Policy

At GBP | G Biological Products, all scorpion and snake venom products are produced under strictly controlled laboratory conditions, ensuring high purity and quality. Each batch is tested and certified before shipment to guarantee scientific reliability and product integrity.

Due to the sensitive biological nature of these products, no returns or exchanges are accepted except under the specific condition stated below.

1. Return Conditions

• Return requests will be considered only if the delivered product’s analysis report does not match the original analytical parameters provided by GBP prior to shipment.

• In such cases, upon the client’s formal objection, a comparative analysis shall be conducted by an independent and accredited laboratory mutually agreed upon by both parties.

• If the laboratory results confirm discrepancies between the new analysis and GBP’s original certificate of analysis, the product will be eligible for replacement or refund.

• If the new analysis results confirm consistency with the original report, no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstance.

2. General Terms

• Return claims must be submitted in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of product delivery.

• Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

• Returns are not applicable if the product package is opened, partially or fully used, stored under improper conditions, or interfered with by third parties.

• GBP assumes full responsibility for the transport and storage conditions until the point of delivery. The company cannot be held liable for deterioration caused by temperature, humidity, or light exposure after delivery.

3. Return Procedure

• All return requests due to analytical inconsistency must be sent in writing to info@gbiologicalproducts.com.

• GBP will initiate the process by referring the product sample to an accredited testing facility jointly selected by both parties.

• If a return or replacement is deemed valid, reimbursement or product replacement will be carried out based on mutual agreement.

By completing a purchase, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions.

Shipment Procedure for Scorpion and Snake Venom Products

At G Biological Products, we ensure that every shipment of scorpion and/or snake venom—whether in liquid or lyophilized form—is handled with the highest level of scientific precision and biosafety compliance. Our packaging, storage, and logistics systems are designed to maintain product integrity and bioactivity throughout the entire transport process.

1. Temperature Control & Storage Conditions

• Lyophilized venom is shipped in sealed, sterile vials within temperature-stable insulated containers, ensuring the product remains between +2°C and +8°C during transit.

• Liquid venom requires cold chain transport and is maintained strictly at –20°C to –80°C, depending on the requested formulation.

• Each shipment includes validated temperature indicators or data loggers to confirm compliance during the entire journey.

2. Packaging & Safety Compliance

• All shipments are UN3373 / Category B Biological Substance compliant and follow IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations for biological materials.

• Primary and secondary containers are leak-proof, tamper-evident, and clearly labeled with full traceability information (batch number, production date, and purity grade).

3. Courier & Customs Handling

• We collaborate exclusively with certified international couriers experienced in handling biological substances.

• Prior to dispatch, all required export permits, biosafety certificates, and material data sheets (MSDS) are included in the shipment dossier.

• Customs documentation is prepared in coordination with the buyer to ensure smooth clearance and minimal transit delay.

4. Product Integrity Upon Arrival

To avoid product defect or loss of bioactivity, the receiving institution should:

• Inspect the temperature log immediately upon delivery.

• Avoid exposure to ambient temperature for longer than 10 minutes.

• Store the venom immediately at the recommended temperature (–20°C for liquid, +4°C for lyophilized).

• Do not open the vials until ready for use in controlled laboratory conditions.

5. Guarantee & Replacement Policy

If any deviation in temperature or packaging integrity is detected upon receipt, please report it within 6 hours. We might initiate a replacement or re-shipment process after verification.
