Returns and Exchange Policy

At GBP | G Biological Products, all scorpion and snake venom products are produced under controlled laboratory conditions in accordance with the highest purity standards.
Each batch undergoes comprehensive quality control and certification procedures prior to shipment to ensure consistency, traceability, and product integrity.

Due to the highly sensitive biological nature of these materials, no returns or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances, except for the specific case defined below.

1. Return Conditions

• Return or exchange requests will be considered only if a discrepancy is detected between the analytical parameters provided in the original analysis report and the characteristics of the delivered product.

• In such a case, upon the client’s written request, a comparative re-analysis will be carried out by an independent and accredited laboratory mutually selected by both parties.

• If the independent laboratory report proves a clear inconsistency with the analytical data originally provided by GBP, the product may be returned or replaced accordingly.

• If the results of the comparative analysis confirm consistency with GBP’s original report, no return or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. General Terms

• Return claims must be submitted in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of product delivery.

• Any return request not made within this period will be deemed invalid.

• Return or exchange is not applicable if the product packaging has been opened, contents partially or fully used, improper storage conditions have occurred, or third-party interference is detected.

• GBP is responsible for maintaining appropriate transport and storage conditions until the moment of delivery.
  After delivery, GBP shall not be held liable for any deterioration caused by temperature, humidity, light exposure, or other environmental factors.

• Any transportation-related damage or loss is evaluated in accordance with the carrier company’s insurance policy.

3. Return Procedure

• Return requests based on analytical discrepancies must be submitted in writing to info@gbiologicalproducts.com.

• Upon receiving the request, GBP will initiate the process and coordinate with the independent laboratory jointly selected by both parties for verification.

• If the independent laboratory confirms an analytical discrepancy, the refund or replacement process will be carried out based on mutual agreement.

• Refunds related to such cases are processed only upon written verification from the testing laboratory.

4. Special Provisions

• All GBP products are intended exclusively for scientific and research use. They are not intended or certified for direct human or animal medical application.

• The final usage and handling of the product are solely under the responsibility of the purchaser.

• GBP assumes no liability for misuse, misapplication, or damages arising from use beyond the declared research purpose or outside controlled laboratory environments.

Legal Notice

These terms and conditions apply to all biological product sales conducted by GBP | G Biological Products.
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges, understands, and unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.

The client also acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, except in the case of a verified analytical discrepancy, no return, exchange, or refund request shall be made under any circumstance.
