Venom Analysis Service Terms & Refund Policy

GBP | G Biological Products provides scorpion and snake venom analysis services exclusively upon client request and based on the samples supplied and declared by the client.

All analyses are conducted on a sample-specific, non-repeatable basis, and each analysis result represents only the individual sample tested.

1. Nature of the Service

• GBP explicitly states that it is not an accredited laboratory, and provides analytical services solely for informational and research-support purposes.

• All analyses are performed using samples supplied and described by the client, and GBP does not alter or verify the declared source or nature of the material.

• The results obtained are valid only for the analyzed sample and do not represent or guarantee the characteristics of any other product or batch.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Venom analysis services are performed exclusively upon individual request and are tailored to the client’s specific sample and analytical expectations.

• Therefore, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals are accepted under any circumstance once the analysis fee has been paid.

• Once the analytical report has been prepared and delivered, the service is considered fully completed.

• GBP makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the analytical outcome or the suitability of the results for any particular purpose.

3. Client Consent and Liability

By submitting payment for the analysis service, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

• GBP has clearly stated that it is not an accredited testing facility,

• The analysis will be conducted solely upon the client’s request and on the sample provided and declared by the client,

• The analytical results are unique and specific to that sample,

• The client waives any right to refunds, cancellations, or disputes regarding the results.

Payment of the analysis fee constitutes the client’s informed consent and full acceptance of all GBP terms and conditions stated herein.

4. Validity of the Report

• The analytical reports issued by GBP are valid only for the tested sample and may not be used as official or certified documents in legal, commercial, or regulatory contexts.

• Reports are intended solely for informational and advisory purposes and are not substitutes for accredited laboratory certification.

These terms apply to all venom analysis services provided by GBP | G Biological Products.
By requesting the service and completing payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and voluntarily consented to all terms and acknowledges that no refund, cancellation, or return is applicable under any condition.
